Why do I need a noise monitor?
Because a personal noise monitor is the most accurate method for measuring an employee's noise exposures. The employee wears the noise dosimeter during a workshift and it measures noise levels at all the locations the employee visits.

What dose a noise monitor do?
The noise monitor integrates an employee's exposure to "Sound Over Time" and calculates a number of values including "Noise Dose". The dosage value is then used to determine if the employee needs to enroll in a hearing conservation program.
